Friends and Family,
Samuel is still in surgery. He has been in since 8 or 9 a.m. this morning their time. The family is waiting patiently for the results. They did call to the room and were told, there is nothing unusual happening. It is just a tedious surgery and will take time.
Our FIRST miracle of the day to report: Cindy was able to see Samuel this morning!!! They rolled her bed into the entry way of the ICU as they were taking Samuel to surgery. She was able to talk with her son and comfort him. We were told seeing Mommy had a definite calming effect on Samuel. The whole family was present as they had a baptismal service for Samuel. Jeff baptized his son this morning before they took him into surgery. He was careful not to get water into the wounds. It was a special service for the family.
