Jeff and Cindy Update 3-19-02

 Friends and Family,

7 a.m. Praises from Pakistan Jeff and Cindy had a good night's sleep. Cindy said the pain is a whole lot better today. Please pray for God's Peace to fill her to overflowing as she is a little overwhelmed with the events planned for the day. Please pray for Jeff as he is trying to coordinate the details of getting some of their stuff and getting all of them to a safer location. Emily and Luke are doing well. Jeff and Cindy were able to visit with them last night and brief them on the plans. They are all very happy about being reunited today. We are continuing to pray for a full miracle for Samuel. Pray that there are no complications during transportation and for peace for him.

The air ambulance has arrived in Islamabad. The pilots are resting. The planned departure is at 3 p.m. Pakistan time. The Pakistani and company doctors are in complete agreement with the medical evacuation. Medical personnel will travel with the family to the gateway location. Rees and Frankie will be waiting at the gateway when they arrive.

The family continues to be under tight security. Stringent measures are being taken to ensure their safety during this time. The Wombles have expressed their desire for the media to give them a break. They are very weary, full of emotions, and trying to remain safe. Please pray the media will respect their wishes not to give statements at this time.
