4-25-02 Prayer for Cindy
Friends and Family,
"Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. O my God, I trust in thee: let me
not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me." Psalm 25:1, 2
A brief update on the Wombles and a prayer request:
Jeff is doing well. He was able to observe Samuel in some of his therapy
sessions today and was very pleased. Samuel is continuing to improve daily. Pray
for complete healing for him. He is working very hard in his therapy sessions.
Emily and Luke are thoroughly enjoying being back in the States. Both (all) have
enjoyed the notes and posts sent to them. Thank you.
Our urgent prayer request tonight is for Cindy. Cindy is scheduled for surgery
tomorrow morning at 6 a.m. CDT. Please pray the bacteria will no longer be
present in the wound, the doctors will be able to thoroughly cleanse the wound
and implant the antibiotic bead exactly where it will be most effective. Please
pray no further surgeries will be required. Please pray for peace for Cindy and
the family.
